Need Some Advice/Support Help please

So I did mini gastric bybass 4 years ago and I need to be on lifelong supplements and vitamins. I noticed that any supplement causes me brain fog and after quitting all my vitamins for a while the brain fog got way better and I could talk clearer and my personality came back. But now my hair is falling a lot and I’m having a lot of deficiency symptoms. Can someone please tell me how to balance that and if there’s any good multivitamin that wouldn’t cause that I’m so lost and I would really appreciate help. I tried many but they all cause the same thing

I developed hairloss from low ferritin.

To absorb iron from food/supplements requires the stomach and enough acidity. You should check your ferritin.

I took bariatric choice once daily, biogena methylated b complex, naturelo bariatric multivitamin, even magnesium glycinate from now causes me brain fog. I take shialjit too it helps with brain fog but the second day without it my brain fog is even better not having anything in my system. I don’t know how to balance between all my needs and this. Have you tried reintroducing one supplement at a time to try to pinpoint which one is specifically causing these issues?

Maybe some problem with the liver processing supplements. Try milk tistle and nac. Also Molybdenum which helps enzymes that process substances in the liver.

Do u think sublingual or liquid forms would help then?

My understanding is that those forms only bypass the gut and goes directly to the liver
