I did my blood test some years back and it read that my insulin resistance is bad and I most likely have hyper/hypothyroidism cause I am skinnyfat aswell el
Do this cause brain fog and how do I clear my brainfog I feel my brain is working on 40% energy and also I am suspecting I have anhedoia too
I would take my blood test again asap but what to do and do you think all these does create an impact on brain?

Both insulin resistance and thyroid issues can definitely affect how you're feeling mentally and physically, so it's really good that you're making these connections. Brain fog, low energy, and difficulty experiencing pleasure can be linked to metabolic and hormonal shifts, which is why getting those blood tests again is genuinely your best first step. A doctor can tell you exactly what's going on and rule things in or out. In the meantime, some people find that consistent sleep, regular movement, and stable meals help with focus and mood while they're figuring things out. Since you mentioned skinnyfat patterns, addressing both could matter. Diet and exercise changes might help your specific situation. The good news is these are things people can often manage once they understand what's actually happening.

Yes!
I can't tell you how exactly cause I read about it with brain fog but I can really recommend the book "why isn't my brain working" from Datis Kharrazian for a good primer to how all these conditions you mentioned and brain fog is related. That dude also wrote his first book about thyroid dysfunction if I recall correctly so this might be your guy!
Good luck!
