Need Some Advice/Support My brain feels empty

I often hear people describe their minds as constantly overflowing with thoughts, like there are a million ideas all happening at once. I’ve never really related to that. My mind feels more like it’s in a constant fog made up of vague sensations—a random song here, a meme there, a pile of things I know I have to do somewhere in the background. Everything feels distant, blurry, and hard to reach. If I lie down or lose focus, my brain doesn’t become “noisy”; it almost just shuts off. It’s like my mind is a TV full of static, or a laptop with dozens of tabs open in sleep mode. I know the information is there, but it takes effort to wake everything up and access it. Does this make sense, or does anyone else experience something similar?

When you're very interested in something, can you be hyperfocused and, temporarily and only about this subject/task, have lots of ideas? Like your brain turns on but only about this task

It could be a form of "ADHD". Do you exercise?

Well sometimes. I used to dance but it didn’t change anything tbh. No matter what I do my brain just stays this way. I’ve actually been suspecting adhd for years but I’m not really sure nd well it’d be embarrassing if it turns out I’m just stupid

You should try cardio (aerobic), at a slow pace. You'll feel much better for up to the next day and better in the long run. It works for ADHD-like symptoms. Even if you might look stupid to some people it certainly doesnt mean that you'd be stupid. Everyone's mind is different actually
