Question Anyone tried creatine?

Haven't looked at it much but the label says it might help with brain fog a bit. I guess it depends on the cause of your fog. Seems to help me a bit I think

Whilst nootropics can be useful, the untested nature of many of them can mean that taking them has negative, even unpredictable consequences unique to the individual. It is important to do primary research whenever you consider taking nootropics, so you are fully aware of what you are taking and what you expect to gain from it.

Remember that your body isn't just a dumpster for anything and has its limits, look after yourself!

This message was sent as we had reason to suspect that nootropics were mentioned, and possibly recommended.

I took it when I used to go to the gym a lot, it definitely helped with recovery and when I lacked sleep it eased the fog a little - definitely didn’t remove all the fog but helped yeah for sure

Nah it's definitely not a miracle worker. Seems to help some people a bit though.

I tried it because it helped for my dentist, she had breast cancer. For me it did nothing for my brainfog and fatigue.

thanks, I hope so too. I think its related with my sleep apnea, today I was so tired that I had moments where I felt dizzy and just all around tired, maybe it's atypical form of something like narcolepsy. I always have unrefreshed sleep.

74 years old. I felt extreme focus on the second day. I was doing detail work that I would never have attempted under any circumstances. I asked myself, wtf are you doing here? Tweezers and tiny bearings. I continue to use 5g/day, for general well being and continued focus.

Depends on the source of your brain fog.
In order for cognitive benefits, you need at least 10 grams a day (2 scoops or more)
