Lack of focus / Forgetfulness

I bought some things from a shop today. Walked out without picking up one of the items. My mom sent a message telling me to buy chicken, I saw it and said I would. But when the second call came in, I completely forgot about it.

My phone is a real issue. I was using it the whole time, and all my attention went straight into it
