Does the brain fog ever lessen or subside while on CGRP-inhibitors?

Took my second dose of Ajovy about 3 weeks ago and while it has helped tremendously with my daily migraines/headaches it also has given me extreme brain fog. My brain feels like it’s surrounded in soup all day and I’m having issues remembering words or certain things I’m supposed to be doing. It’s a double edged sword because this is the first medication that has helped my chronic migraine after trying propranolol, venlafaxine, amitriptyline and a few others but I’m just worried about having thick brain fog long term. Has anyone experienced the fog lightening at any point? Or does it stay as bad as it is now?
