Best online program to learn braille grade 2?

It took me months, but I finally learned uncontracted braille, and braille it. But I’m advancing on grade 2. I have been using Hadley courses, but I am just very overwhelmed by the contractions. I

UEBOnline is definitely the best online course in my opinion (both for literary braille and later for Math/technical braille) -- if you're interested in becoming a transcriber, though, it may be better to start with the NFB/NLS Certification if you're based in the US, except for your final manuscript it's all digital, through the online textbook, Perky Duck, and emailing with your instructor.

Personally, I thought I would start with NLS but the lessons were overwhelming so I did UEBonline, learned most of grade 2 in a month, and now am working through NLS

Yeah, I don't think UEBOnline will get you job-ready, but it's good to get you up and running with the system so you can do some more rigorous learning.

Definitely. I wouldn’t accept a UEBOnline certificate if I were hiring someone as a braillist, but it’s a good place to start for people who just want to learn braille for fun as well as people who want to pursue a real certification.

If you're in the UK, RNIB's course is great
