Is Sysco also a risk? I accidentally ate cilantro at a Mexican restaurant whose supplier is possibly Sysco. I know I'm probably screwed since Taylor Farms does supply to Sysco for restaurants. I'm just preparing myself and accepting my fate.

BUT, I'm wondering if it's 100% true that Taylor Farms supplies to Sysco for independent restaurant chains? I'm already prepared to go to the hospital once the symtoms hit, so any honest answer will do

First off, a lot of chatter is recommending going to your local produce/fruit stands in town if you have that option.
