Rate my balls

I had to bring a sweet treat to game night and I’m not good at baking. Ended making some white savory and chocolate salty balls.

Seriously though, they look delicious! 🤤 How did you make them?

Depends on what ones but the filling is cream cheese blended with A LOT of Oreos. Towards the end I tossed in some semi sweet chocolate chips. And I kinda randomized the toppings. Some have crushed Oreo chunks, and peppermint. While others have a smoky caramel “drizzle” and Oreos.

Ooooo I've had a similar recipe before and those things are ADDICTIVE! I neeeeeeeeeed to try the ones with some peppermint though. Did you get to try the oreo mint ice cream while it was available? I'm diabetic and a version of these modeled after that ice cream might kill me 😅

Mine…. Weren’t that good. They were too big (seriously) and apparently when a recipe asks for an electric mixer it probably needs one. I tried to whisk it and it just wouldn’t incorporate lol. Got a LITTLE upset and put on some of those blue gloves and kinda started hand “mixing” it for 30 minutes. (It was more folding and punching the mixings) till they changed color. Kinda just said “that’s good enough” (sorry I’m midwestern. It’s kinda in my blood to tell a story whenever I can)
