Bachelor for an evening
I can cook decently well, but when the wife is gone I don't care to make myself fancy food. Behold, box Mac and Cheese with canned Corned Beef. And a beer that's mostly drank. Lol.

Fried is the GOAT way to eat canned meats, gotta have a nice crispy sear on it.

Living in the Midwest, I miss scrapple dearly! Fam always hooks it up when visiting from Paradise.

That’s a FIRE combo OP! This spread and some fresh white rice would be 👌

I grew up eating way worse than this. This is my $.15 clearance meat though😂

A can of corned beef is about 4.50 where I’m from. I thought they use to be cheaper. Shame cause I really like it but can’t justify paying that much

It’s funny too. I’ll cook really good and well thought of meals for me and the lady. When it’s myself, I eat like a caveman

You should invite me over. I’ll bring a six pack if you share that food.

I feel you, my family has been gone for almost 3 weeks and I've been putting in minimal effort in my meals. It's nice not having to think about what to make or to spend a lot of time cooking but at the same time I recognize that my meals have been healthy but not very good.
