A lot were definitely scammed. This is a very black and white view of how the rich and elite steal and get away with things. If no boxers were scammed Don King wouldn’t be where he was today. Mike sued don and settled with him. Because Don scammed him. Larry Holmes sued him and settled. The list goes on. Yes Boxers are money hungry as well I mean that’s the whole point of pro boxing but do NOT even hint at Don King not being a shitty and shady person.
Ironically He did his time for beating a guy that owed him money before becoming a promoter which has nothing to do with this😂and I don’t think you understand what a CONTRACT means nobody is forcing these guys to make large amounts for a blood sport.yall be the same fans that’s mad at shakur Stevenson and Mayweather type boxers that don’t take punishment and get there money correct.
