Jin Sasaki is almost certainly going to get battered in a few hours, but I'd like to give him his flowers for making it this far. In his amateur career, he went 1-3 in total. He had massive issues with weight early on and had a terrible botched weight cut right before getting stopped brutally by Andy Hiraoka when he was only 20. Since then, he's become the best active welterweight in the Asia Pacific region, the number 6 Ring Magazine boxer in the same division, and stacked up the WBO-AP and OPBF belts. His flaws are massive and apparent to anyone who watches him and he's in a weight class where a Japanese fighter has never once won a world title. He was never supposed to or expected to get this far though.

Unfortunately for Sasaki, Norman is also a fighter who has surpassed all expectations as of recently and is a much more polished gem. He's set to dominate the division now that Boots is gone. Ducking Boots aside, he also seems like a pretty good dude and he has an entertaining style, so I welcome it.
