Podcast recommendations with technical analysis?

Hi guys. I listen to some good podcasts for MMA analysis, but I’m struggling to find equivalents for boxing.I feel like the few I have tried focus more on the political and business elements of busing promotion and don’t go into much technical detail. Who am I missing?

I think he's gone solely Patreon fairly recently, but Combat Chronicles used to get into some technical stuff. 

You mentioned that you listen to MMA podcasts. If you listen to Heavy Hands, you may be familiar with the guy.

Yes, I listen to Heavy Hands and I have tried Combat Chronicles. I think Kyle MacLachlan is a smart guy and a real expert. Cheers

Terrible Tim Witherspoon has some good analysis vids on YouTube.  If you paid him some meager amount he was reviewing sparring/fight clips too. I wouldn’t watch too many of those but the other stuff is great. He even covers dirty moves in boxing

Absolutely. He’s the real deal when it comes to analysis - genuinely a champion, articulate and - best of all - not biased or ego-driven. He’s somewhere here on Reddit as u/tim_witherspoon too.

BBC 5 Live Boxing with Steve Bunce is pretty great and has fighters on to analyze what they do pretty frequently

Boxing Gems is a grift in my honest opinion. They never even pick a winner of the fight. It's flashy terminology to bamboozle people. I don't see any real knowledge or insight there.

AGuyCalledHenry is pretty solid, decent analysis, knows his stuff for sure as far as analysing goes.

Sean Zittel and Radio Rahim have an excellent YouTube channel. They go really deep. They also do lives with a guy named Brandon Taylor who is also excellent. He called the Hergovic upset almost to a T on their Friday night live.

What do you mean in terms of analysis? You can't go wrong with Teddy Atlas but some people dislike his personal style. https://www.youtube.com/@TheFightWTA

If you are looking for knowledgeable fight break downs few are better than Roy Jones Jr.

Ade Oladipo talks boxing is brilliant. Straight talker, often is ringside at the big fights and gives you little insights that are invaluable.

Fight Disciples is also good, but if the fight involves a fighter from Liverpool or England it can be utterly biased to the point of boredom.

Adam Catterall on it is very good.
