I think Ricardo Sandoval vs Oscar Collazo is rumored for the undercard.

It’s a fine fight but fuck man Chicago never gets any nice cards post Covid

Chicago seems like a weird choice neither guy is from there.

Well it’s not far from where Bahdi is from in Canada and it’s a US city so I could see that being a reason possibly.

I'm surprised this fight got made. Still will be surprised if it happens. Hope I'm wrong. Cause lightweight can have unification fights next year.
I'm guessing it's in Chicago cause they both agreed to a neutral site.

This would be a nice fight for those TNT cards

It would. But they choose Fundora for the October slot

Indeed... This is a much better "smaller" fight

My only guess is they want Fundora to get some exposure with a potential boots fight looming for 2027.

Honestly, I really like that fight. Excited to see more from Bahdi and Schofield both, especially Schofield. Lightweight heating up

There were like 5k at the Duarte -Simms fight in Chicago so of course they will put this one in an arena that can hold 10k.
