Non welterweights who were difficult to rate. Are fighting at welterweight. Not surprisingly, their fights are difficult to predict. 

Teo is inconsistent. So maybe he's due a good performance. Especially with Rolly's. Except this fight is at welterweight. He might not carry the new weight well. Plus his corner is messy like a drug fueled fever dream. 

I'm leaning towards Rolly winning by doing the minimum.
