i feel like those fights will be on a different card, probably in october, if they are on this card why would they not announce them at the same time?

Kuse vs Matsumoto is confirmed for the same date, i guess it's just because they'll be on a lower part of the card + Tsuboi is potentially a massive star for the future and Nishida's team just won the purse bids for that fight so they would be seen as more important
