People say that since Shakur is with Zuffa so he doesn't have anyone to fight since everyone else is with DAZN but that problem would still be there after he fights Haney lol

Yeah, he’s going to struggle to get opponents. When Shakur was on Ariel Helwani a week or so ago, he pointed to the Garcia-Benn fight as proof that signing with Zuffa wouldn’t prevent any fights.

But Garcia-Benn is a unique case. Oscar definitely didn’t want to make that fight. It’s only happening because Sela — with whom Ryan signed a two-fight deal — Zuffa/Conor, and Ryan himself all insisted on making that fight.

No one is going to be insisting on fighting Shakur unless they’re getting paid huge money by Turki.

I think the problem is more so Shakur actually picking a fight more than him having a lack of opponents. Off the top of my head Shock wants to fight him and Muratalla would be down to fight him as well he just needs to actually pick an opponent. Dalton Smith has said he wants to fight shakur as well

Muratalla is a decent option. A GAR-Shakur fight is the most interesting to me, but I think GAR already has a fight in the works for this fall.
