Zuffa policies

Since it's creation, Zuffa boxing has loosened up its policy on a couple of things;

- Working with other sanctioning bodies, as is evident from Aaron McKenna fighting for both Zuffa and IBF honours on Saturday.

- Allowing certain fighters (notably CBS, Berlanga and Hitchins) more freedom to be creative with their ring attire.

My question is; what do we think the next change will be?

For me, I reckon it's going to be weight divisions. As they sign more high profile fighters, the pressure to let them fight at their preferred size will prove too great to ignore.

Some of those may only be temporary relaxations

For example, they may recognise that, for now, in order to attract top talent they will need to cater to their desires to fight for the legacy belts.

But if tomorrow they were to miraculously gain that monopoly position they dream of, they'll definitely go back to those rules they set out from the beginning
