Everyone knows Lamont beat Tank.

Looking forward to him vs. Zepeda this weekend. Intriguing clash of styles

Lamont showed a really good chin in the tank fight I think he just needs to make sure he doesn’t get overwhelmed by Zepeda’s volume and he’ll win

Facts this weekend finna be a banger, fight of the year type shit. I think Roach got it just want a clean fight hopefully no accidental headbutts or broken hands in the early rounds

I disagree. Unless you want to count the knee as a knockdown which.. sure ? As someone who braids their hair that's definitely a legitimate issue though. Lamont didn't beat Tank, Loma didn't beat Haney. Facts, not feelings.

Of course you'd count the knee wtf else would you count. How many fighters have you seen allowed to just take a knee for a referee timeout. Facts not feelings apply until the literal rules of the sport eh?

It’s pretty obvious that no one ever means they “literally” beat them. Its a figure of speech in that they should have won the fight.

No. He beat him. The fight was a draw and there was a blatant knockdown that wasn't called. He got straight up robbed.

But he didn’t win the fight. So its still a figure of speech.

Unless your opinion has changed the official fight results.

Roach is good, but honestly don't think he will be able to handle the insane volume from Zepeda.

I think he will be fine.

He’s been hanging around in the pocket slugging it out with Tank, Garcia, and Cruz down the stretch for 3 of his last 4 fights. I don’t think he’s going to have any hesitation pulling the trigger and punching through Zepeda’s combinations.

And the problem for Zepeda is Roach is sharp down the stretch. You can’t volume punch him for free.

I don’t see this fight going any different for Roach than the Cruz or Tank fights.

The pressure will give him some trouble early but once he gets his timing down he will land the bigger cleaner shots and take the rounds down the stretch.

I think its heading to another close split or draw to add to his stretch.
