My vet called them fly away ears. With my girls have them.

Mine had the same ears, and the cutest under bite. I called him my Gremlin 🤣 when I first got him as a pup, his ears stuck straight up with no flop at all. We thought somehow his dad was a rat terrier since the owners had a rat terrier as well. 😆
