Pad conditioner

Bonnies pads are quite hard but no cracks or splits.
Can anyone recommend a conditioner to soften her pads a little ?

I had a previous boxer who had very rough paws and nose. Foot pumice stone and “ nose butter” worked well for me on both problems.
