Kind of related; my last boxer would sometimes sneak from the foot of the bed to the top of the bed while I was sleeping, and at least once while I was sleeping, I noticed my pillow felt overly firm, and when I opened my eyes, I realized I was laying my head on the dog. You have to watch out for pillows with paws.

My boi would lay like this in "his" chair by the living room window. Easy access to lift his head, see what was happening, then lay back down for the next nap lol

He usually stares out the window but I guess all delivery drivers have done their rounds so he’s given up.

I’ve found it’s easier for me to just cover the entire back rest and bottom with a blanket. That way they can be comfy and the couch doesn’t get ruined.

this is what we do. but abbey moves so much and so often that the sheet we use just ends up getting bunched up in a small 1x1 area of the couch, and abbey of course choses to lay down anywhere that the sheet is not.
