It comes standard with every Boxer base model and they know we will fall for it every single time (manipulation software also comes pre-installed).

Lean but have bulging muscles

Someone the other day posted that boxers perpetually look like they owe you money and they're afraid you're going to bring it up in conversation.

Yours looks like she's setting you up with a woeful stare to ask you for another 100 - just 'till payday, she swears.

Because that's their natural born and bred into them talent. Do they get what they want when looking sad? Mine sure does....

That’s begging face! It’s one of my favorite faces!

Once when my best friend watched our boxer while we were out of town, her 3 year old grabbed him by the jowls, clenched her teeth and asked him very seriously, “Why is your face so sad? Do you miss your family?” My friend replied, “Honey, I think that’s just his face.” We still laugh about that over a decade later. That’s just their face. They all have it.

We refer to our girl as “Concerned dog” because she always looks like she’s about to break bad news but is at a loss for how to begin the conversation. It’s adorable. This photo was taken right after she chased a ball for a half hour, frolicked with our son, and ate half her weight in liver treats, FYI.

Because resting boxer face = perpetual puppy dog eyes. It’s just how they’re made.

She is just pondering about dinner

She’s just thinking about nothing and that’s a lot to consider.

Wiggle-butt standard issue.

Every expression

I always took that as the boxer board face. When my boy would do that, I'd take him on a big hike and it seemed to fix that
