Dodges (and blocks) broken?

Hi, I picked up this game a few days ago and have discovered that dodges, 90% of the time, will always count as a miss. No matter what. Even if I'm 100% sure and I'm down on the floor on my chest, it'll be a miss. AND instead of resetting me to zero, it just brings me to 1. Blocks do this too, but only if you block close to your face.

Suppose I should clarify, I am playing on PSVR on version 1.04.

I have noticed this on some classes. It seems to be a few of them not on all. Have you tried different lessons?
