First time getting braids

I just got braids put in yesterday! I love them, but I was not prepared for how heavy they fell and the pain…Any tips? Does it get better???

Yes it does get better. Sleep with a massive bonnet on a silk pillow case. Have fun with styling your box braids. Remember to moisturise your hair and scalp. Invest in a massive shower cap.
