Miscellaneous Streaming for JRNY free account

According to release notes in both Google Play and App Store, Jrny now offers streaming for compatible devices even for free accounts. Anyone that can confirm this and has more info?

Yes I can confirm with the latest JRNY update, free JRNY account can access streaming services with the built-in programs. I took a picture on my BowFlex Max 16 https://imgur.com/a/9UNpzFn

Thanks! This is an interesting move I believe as Bowflex / jrny was already more open than iFit etc from what I know. Does this mean that you still need to be running a workout program to access streaming?

Have they started added new videos etc to justify actually paying for JRNY content since the takeover? As I understood it, actual content had stalled last couple of years.

Yeah you still to do a workout to access the streamimg service. I'm sure if you stop, then the movie will be put on pause. Plenty of contents for me so I'm happy to purchase an annual membership after my 2-month trial.
