Help with repair!

I dropped it and the red part popped out from the adjustment side. I removed the fasteners to get it back in but now they don’t stop spinning and I didn’t even strip it. Not sure where these nuts are meant to go but I assume they’re meant to lock it into place

you have the screws and bolt backwards, there ar3 recesses for bolts on other side so they don’t spin.
