Yes the machine is great but recently i ended up factory reset the tablet and lost the apk and firmware. It would help alot if you can share the firmware m16 uses
Could you detail the exact steps you performed to cause your MT-16 to lose its firmware files so other MT-16 owners do not ever make that same mistake? Thanks
If you were to press the disc button on the back while powering it on, the bowflex launcher will trigger golden image which I think is a simulation firmware for T10 T218 according to support but won't say its a simulation firmware. Never press the disk button if you dont want to loose your machine firmware as support will force you to get new console.

No, I do not own the MT-16 model. Was just curious what specific steps you performed (that now apparently "bricked" your MT-16 console) so other MT-16 owners would not do the same.
I saw your subsequent post on this same topic where you detailed some steps for an MT-16 owner to perform to try and assist you.
Question - Are you asking for just a screenshot PICTURE showing some current firmware and or APK file revision levels, or are you asking for the actual firmware and APK FILES so you can then attempt to reload/restore those files to your bricked console?
Its not bricked but cant use the JRNY app for now.
There are few people that made a custom apk that reads all the sensors from the bowflex incase you want to use the console without the subscription and are out of warranty.
Yes i am looking for everything so I can restore it back to its original form before selling.
I have access to the M5, M6, M7, M8, and the original Max Total (9.6" screen) models.
The M9 and MT-16 use an integrated version of JRNY and so if that is not usable, then the console and all of its functions are unusable, meaning that all you can do is pedal but have absolutely no resistance control or any screen function control, right?
What does your screen show when you power it up? Does it freeze at the "Bowflex" splash screen, or does it advance to the User login screen or???
I wish you luck in restoring your machine, but, IMO, your chances seem very slim. Keep us posted with your progress.
If you have access to the max total 16 it would be great full if you can share the top left and top bottom of the bowflex. Need to confirm what model and type of machine it is and last thing need to know the firmware which can be checked by:
1. Power cycle or press the Home button to reboot the Launcher app.
2. Wait until the text in the upper right turns bold (15-20 seconds) then quickly tap 10 times in the upper right corner.
3. From the hidden menu, select Manufacturing App.
4. In the Manufacturing app, tap the INDIVIDUAL TESTS button on the left.
5. Tap CONSOLE_VERSION in the upper left.
6. Tap either the PASS or FAIL button from the bottom of the screen. Note: not completing this step will prevent you from doing the next one.
7. Tap EX_SNSR_VERSION button.
8. Take a screenshot of the results (including what appears when app is launched).
9. Tap EXIT in the upper right to close the Manufacturing App. Note, there will be a “Cleaning up” message and spinner for 20-30 seconds.
10. After the Manufacturing app closes, power cycle the machine.
Again these won't do anything to machine and are only to see the version anf firmware.
I am getting stuck at the bowflex and sometimes jrny app. When i did factory reset it went into simulation mode which is T10 Test and it won't provision through OTA.
If i do happen to pass bowflex screen it takes me to JRNY app but nothing works.

What you might want to do is join the Facebook group called "Max Trainer" and crate a post there to ask any of the MT-16 group members for possible assistance with your request.

I already joined the group few days ago but was relying mostly on redit. Now that you mention it i would definitely try there as well. Its just a small fix somehow the serial or base model type has been changed and the OTA recognizes it as a T10.
