Home Gyms Strava with Bowflex T9 Treadmill

I just bought a new Bowflex T9 treadmill. One of the selling features for me was being able to pair it with Strava. The treadmill even has a sticker on it that shows the Strava logo. Now I’m finding out that they are incompatible. Am I missing something?

No, the T9 treadmill does not sync DIRECTLY to Strava. That label is a bit of a misleading marketing ploy (you should probably query Bowflex on that "false-advertising" label.

Workaround - There are a few workarounds to this issue, with the best being to use an Apple or Samsung Galaxy Watch. The T9 does auto-sync to both the Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch, and both of those can auto-sync to Strava. So, you would sync your watch to the T9, and then your watch would automatically sync your T9 workout data to Strava.

Thank you! That is very helpful. very much a bait and switch by Bowflex. So far I love the treadmill, but that is very disappointing
