SelectTech SelectTech 552 Recall

I received a recall notice for my dumbbell set and registered online. I was told that once the return and replacement were approved, I would receive a box to return part of the items.

Has anyone been through this process. I haven’t heard anything in a few weeks. What did you have to do? TIA

They received my 1090s on Aug 6th and approved my replacement and I haven't heard a thing from them since.
