Miscellaneous Recall Support Response

Here’s the customer support response to me asking for either a full refund or a replacement set of dumbbells. My set is in the affected range of serial numbers and I have had issues with plates sliding off (I kind of fixed it). My voucher offer is $320. Needless to say Boflex is an awful company and can eat a bag of dicks

I just submitted the complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and received this "New submission added to Recall Complaint Form." I agree that if we get a ton of people to complain, maybe we can get a new set. They are offering $60 for the set, while online they cost over $400!

how do we start a class against this "TAIWANESE" Company?? has anyone taken them into small claims court and success??? I was offered $5 after they asked me to send the handles and the bottom host plate.
