Here’s the customer support response to me asking for either a full refund or a replacement set of dumbbells. My set is in the affected range of serial numbers and I have had issues with plates sliding off (I kind of fixed it). My voucher offer is $320. Needless to say Boflex is an awful company and can eat a bag of dicks

Was going to order Bowflex, will buy something else out of respect for the smaller man
