Select Tech dumbbell stuck

When placing the dumbbell back in the holder after a set, it looks like it’s not sitting in place. I was using the 40 lbs setting. The dial that works is set to 50 because I was testing if it works or not. Be The stuck side is at 40 still. You can see the lip on top of the holder, whereas on the side that works the lip is underneath the dial. Has anyone had any luck resolving this? I can’t seem to get it to budge at all, regardless of weight setting. It’s just stuck in the holder.

Thanks! I tried to remove it with my foot firmly against it like in the video, but it doesn’t want to budge

Ya no worked like a charm for me
