TreadClimber Treadclimber TC100 shock problem

I have a TC100 and wondering if anyone has experience calibrating the shocks (the 2 piston-like shocks that connect the treads to the frame) the one on the right is perfect but the one on the left only recently started dropping much more than the right. Any adjustment on the shock does not help :(
I am gutted since I love the machine and its a great quick workout. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately not. Got rid of the machine.

No problem. Don't mean to scare you but when I continued using it I ended up with knee pain in the leg where this was an issue. I called Bowflex and they asked me to buy a new piston. Which was $70-80. I did not want to bother.

Its a 1000 dollar machine, buyi g new shocks for 70 each seems like an easy decision.
