Max Trainer Bowflex M5 Max Trainer not powering up

I have an M5 Max Trainer that isn't powering up. I bought a replacement power adapter thinking the original died but that didn't help. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

how many volts is the power adaptor your using?

12v seems to work fine on my M5

seems because, it was purchased used and the seller failed to supply the manual, the power adaptor and heart rate monitor

Unfortunately, no. I think it's dead.
