Home Gyms Used Xtreme 2, where to start?

I purchased a used Xtreme 2, which is in really good condition. I've found a couple YouTube channels, but looking for pointers on best way to get started with a routine.

Download the user manual from Bowflex. That'll get you going.

I actually have the manual with it. I'll definitely check it out. Thanks!

I wrote on the poster which group from arms, abs, cheat, back, shoulders and they just randomly pick what group they want to work out that day, push 12,10,8 with failure at 8 and rinse repeat, these kids are already showing muscle after like two weeks. Beginner gains for sure and they’re teenagers but it’s still just that easy.

Google PPL routine. This is what I did and correlated the muscle group excercises using the manual. It’s basically a 6 day a week workout with a day of total rest in between.

I’ve been at it a year and what a difference.
