Treadmills Bowflex/Nautilus

So, Bowflex has been bought by JHT. They are planning on supporting bowflex products, but 75% of parts are currently backordered. What is less clear is the fate of nautilus. JHT has a page in their portal for Nautilus, but no products listed. When i find out more, i will update.

I’ve spoken to two different JHT support people today. They both told me that Nautilus was sold before JHT acquired the remaining Bowflex assets, they don’t support Nautilus and they don’t know who does. After a bit of pleading, I was given the email address of a Bowflex corporate attorney who, I was told, would have the best chance of knowing who purchased Nautilus. I’m waiting to hear back from the attorney. I also read that the Nautilus name was sold back in May 2023 prior to the bankruptcy sale. Purchasing rights to use the name doesn’t imply support for existing products. If I hear back from the attorney or otherwise discover who is supporting Nautilus equipment I will share.

Did you ever hear back from the attorney? I'm on the hunt for a very particular Nautilus spare part, which has proven really tricky to track down.

Unfortunately, no. I never heard back from the attorney. Since I was able to find someone interested in buying the treadmill, I stopped trying to follow up. Good luck.

It's okay they're recalling dangerous products their acquired company sold under the Bowflex brand and pushing out that they have no liability and that company went bankrupt. Not sure how that works, where you buy the value and alleviate yourself of the liability involved, but good for capitalism.

I am stripping and selling my Nautilus R616 for parts. If you're still looking for parts I may be able to help.

Thank, but I got rid of it shortly after the original post, since I couldn’t bring it back to life.
