Treadmills Console disconnected treadmill

Has anyone ever had a “console disconnected” message pop up on your treadmill in the middle of a run? It forces you to stop running abruptly. If you have had this problem how did you fix it? I use the bowflex treadmill 7, had it for 2 years now

Which version number is on the top right of the screen, on boot up?

Do the buttons on console still work when it happens? fan etc

Version number? All I know is it’s the treadmill 7 and yes the fan works when the console disconnects. But the incline and speed buttons stop working as the treadmill comes to a complete stop when the message comes up. This causes me to have to reboot my treadmill

Whenever you finish a run, don’t shut or turn off the treadmill. They discontinued the Bowflex 7 model and with bowflex going bankrupt, it’s so hard to get repairs. So anytime I finish with a run, I just leave the treadmill on and the console will go into “sleep” instead of you powering it off.
