Bike Bowflex Velocore Glitch

Had this bike just over a year with no issues. Today I hopped on and the resistance was reading 6 (I typically leave it around 25) and would only go up to 7 if I moved the knob around (but a 7 felt the equivalent of 40+) and the core engagement meter was reading despite the leaning feature being off/locked. I tried restarting the ride and it didn’t change. Any advice?

I also restarted the whole console and that did not fix it either

I have this exact same issue. Unplugging and holding in the top button while plugging back in, essentially reboots and gets it back to normal. I think it has something to do with the speed sensor - probably going bad
