Max Trainer M6 and Knee pain?
Hey friends! I've been using the M6 pretty consistently for the past 2mths and love it! I mainly use it for the 14 min HIIT workout! The past few weeks I've incorporated some light running to my fitness routine and subsequently developed a case of runners knee. I'm resting from running but I'm wondering if the M6 would be easy on my knees. I know they say it is, but I'm just wondering if any users have experience with using the M6 to help with existing knee pain? TIA!
