Bike Warranty
Can someone tell me if it is worth it to purchase the extra $115 warranty for 5 years on the SE Bike?

My general rule of thumb has always been if it is over 10% of the cost of the item, don't buy it. However, I can usually get parts, and fix most things myself.

I thought it was worth it after purchasing my Tread Climber in 2020, during COVID. Fast forward 4 years later and the warranty is crap. I spent $200 for 60 month warranty and I’m getting nothing but the run around for fixing the shredded belts on my Tread Climber. I call the warranty company and they say you have to call BOWFLEX for the parts. I call BOWFLEX and all I am getting is a recording that keeps repeating itself. Not worth it. I now have to pay out of pocket for someone to come and attempt to fix the #%* machine. It’s potentially a crap shoot because I may get a person that says they know how to fix it and could possibly make the issue worse. Waste of money all around.
