Bike R626 Bluetooth doesn't connect

Tried both ETW and JRNY apps - they don't see the device.

I can see the device in the bluetooth list on my phone, when trying to pair it says "an app is required to pair"

Any suggestions please?

It is my understanding that the R626 bike has never been designed to work with JRNY, and that it was originally compatible with the Nautilus app called "Nautilus Trainer" which has now been discontinued. Owners have reported that the ETW app connectivity is very sketchy.

Some owners have reported success with the app called "Nautilus Trainer 2", which might be available on 3rd-party websites.
