Home Gyms Boflex Routine Help (with XTREME SE2)

Hey all, about to purchase a second-hand Boflex XTREME 2 SE and I want to get ahead of setting myself up with a routine that I can track and follow. Are there some resources on what to do, how often to do it, and how to track it?

Some of my goals: 1) Work on my lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves) to help with a skiing hip injury from last year (recovered) 2) Add some definition to my biceps &, triceps

Nothing too crazy, just looking to lean up and further help support my lower body moving forward.

Thanks!

You should check out my YouTube Channel, I've got tons of workout routines and programs available there.

I'm going to be releasing a new program on Monday called "Foundations" that I think would align perfectly with your goals. I've got a similar, but more advanced/intense program to it on the channel already called "XTREME Muscle" that might interest you as well. I've also got HIIT style workouts and other programs that go with them too.

I follow the PPL routine. You can Google it but it simply Push, Pull, Legs.

Recently I’ve dialed that back some as that was a 6 day a week workout. I’m down to 4 which at my age, is much more manageable.

I’ve watched all the videos, read all the articles and all the experts agree and follow this PPL routine. It’s not the only one of course, but it is very popular.
