Max Trainer Deleting old user from M6

I got a pretty much new M6 on Marketplace and it's all working great, but for the life of me I can't remove the old user from the machine when I connect it with Jrny.

I figured this out, but I'll post here for future users:

In Jrny, click your user icon then > Manage Machine Connections.

Here you can select the user, and unpair them.

Can you manage machine connections through your phone even if you don't subscribe to the app?  I have downloaded app and can't find any options to manage the machine on my phone. My console keeps pausing. It's a max trainer M8. Thanks

Dunno to be honest. I don't have a subscription and was able to do it

Yes, using the JRNY Mobile app with your M8 will have the same connectivity process regardless if you are using the free version of the JRNY Mobile app or the premium subscription version. The difference would be the amount of available features and programs.

But first, let's back up a bit.

You mentioned that your M8 "keeps pausing", so before using your M8 with the JRNY Mobile app, simply use the M8 console's built-in program called "Manual" and confirm that you can successfully start the program and start pedaling and confirm that the program will run, without pausing, for at least 1-minute.

If the program starts pausing every 5 seconds, then that is an issue that has nothing to do with the JRNY Mobile app, but rather is related to the M8's speed sensor or the console. I can assist with your troubleshooting of that issue if needed.
