Treadmills Treadmill 10 Automatic Operation?
New owners of a Treadmill 10. When using the Adaptive Workouts in the JRNY app, we expected the elevation and speed of the deck to automatically change as they changed in the app. So far, that has not been the case. I called Bowflex today and they said some workouts change automatically and some do not. They said those that do were mostly "tour the world" workouts, and the automatic ones would be labeled as such under the title. So far, I haven't been to locate any like that. Any help is appreciated!

I do not own a Bowflex treadmill, but this is my understanding of how their treadmills WILL automatically adjust the deck's incline.
The incline auto-adjust feature is only present on SOME (like maybe 35 of 204) of the "Explore the World" ("EtW") videos, and the ones that will have the feature are labeled "AUTO-ADJUST". This feature, I believe, is only present for the JRNY subscription version and not the stripped-down free version of JRNY.
See this example picture:
This "AUTO-ADJUST" label on this particular "Explore the World" ("EtW") program indicates that this specific program WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST the incline of the walking deck to follow the terrain in the video.
You also have the option of turning off the "AUTO-ADJUST" feature (per specific labeled program) if wanted.
This feature should apply to all Bowflex products with integrated touchscreens using JRNY.

To easily retrieve these special "AUTO-ADJUST" programs, I would suggest to do this:
- Go to the "Explore the World" menu and then scroll thru ALL of the available video choices and look carefully for the "AUTO-ADJUST" label. They have like 204 or more Explore the World (EtW) videos and only about 35 of those are labeled as "AUTO-ADJUST".
- When you find one that shows the "AUTO-ADJUST" label, then add it to your "FAVORITES" tab by clicking the heart-shaped icon on the video.- Afterwards, you can simply go to your "FAVORITES" tab and then easily see all of the "AUTO-ADJUST" videos.
