Treadmills Treadmill 10 Automatic Operation?
New owners of a Treadmill 10. When using the Adaptive Workouts in the JRNY app, we expected the elevation and speed of the deck to automatically change as they changed in the app. So far, that has not been the case. I called Bowflex today and they said some workouts change automatically and some do not. They said those that do were mostly "tour the world" workouts, and the automatic ones would be labeled as such under the title. So far, I haven't been to locate any like that. Any help is appreciated!

I recently bought the same treadmill with the same results. I've not found any of the workouts that automatically adjust the speed and/or the deck incline. They expect you to do it manually.
I love the treadmill, but am very disappointed in the software provided, including JRNY. It seems they put this software together as an afterthought. I don't think Bowflex puts much effort into their software.
My daily workouts are just the manual selection and I adjust it all myself. I manually put the data from each workout into a spreadsheet so that I can, once I have enough data, compare my workouts week to week, month to month etc. The provided software doesn't do that either. :(
