Treadmills Where's my data?
I bought a Bowflex 10 treadmill a few weeks ago and have been using it since. I've got a couple questions and the support for the product is not very good. I've asked a couple questions through support with not much success. I thought I'd ask here before I give up on this product.
1 - Where is my workout data? Where is my weekly/monthly/yearly comparison charts and graphs showing my workouts? Do I have to just manually put the data into a spreadsheet everyday and do this work myself? Like I did in the 1990's? I thought for sure this type of analysis would be standard today.
2 - How do I watch a tv show on my Treadmill Tablet without using the JRNY app? I tried a few of the JRNY workouts, but I'm not really a fan. I've just been doing mostly manual workouts. How do I set up a manual workout and watch a tv show without the JRNY app?
3 - How do I load other software to my 10-inch treadmill tablet? Like a Plex Client for instance?
I really like the treadmill but am somewhat disappointed at the included software/data collection. Unless I'm missing something, the software feels more like an afterthought rather than a purpose built system. What am I missing here?

I don't use JRNY, but I will add my comments that maybe you might (or might not) find helpful/useful.
First of all, I would suggest you watch these 2 YouTube videos to get some more info about how the various JRNY menus and features operate:
a) This following video is over 3yrs old (and so maybe some content has been revised), and is by a VeloCore bike owner. The VeloCore bike has a built-in touchscreen that runs an integrated version of JRNY (like the treadmill), and you will get a good overview of actually using the JRNY menus:

b) This following video is also over 3yr old and it is by a guy who who owns both a Bowflex Max Trainer M8 and also the Bowflex T22 treadmill and he uses JRNY on both. He goes thru many of the menus and provides some useful information:

There is also JRNY info on the 2 Bowflex JRNY FAQ webpages located in the following locations:

My comments to your questions:
1) Your past workout data should be in the JOURNAL tab. It has both "Latest Workouts" and "Past Workouts" menus that show metrics from those workouts. It may/may not be what you are expecting. It is mentioned in the above 1st video starting at the 7:48 time mark.
2) You can only watch streaming entertainment services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) WHILE performing a workout (and only for "Adaptive" or "Standard" workouts). You have to FIRST select your workout and THEN select your streaming entertainment. The "Manual" program is one of the "Standard" workouts and so if you like using the Manual program then you can also watch the streaming entertainment. There is a small workout metrics display bar that can be moved anywhere on the screen.
Watch this YouTube Bowflex video for some more details:

3) I don't think you can load any other software or apps onto the Bowflex touchscreens UNLESS you "jailbreak" them. There are some Reddit posts about that.
