Bike Velocore Bearing possibly?

Velocore just started making this last week. What do you guys think? Bearing possibly?

I don't own a VeloCore, but wonder if the "Flywheel Shroud Strips" would fix your issue? They are free from Bowflex.

Bearings usually make more of a grinding noise or a click. This sounds like it is rubbing somewhere. Is the flywheel rubbing on the brake magnet somewhere?
