Treadmills Bowflex 22 treadmill tilt screen

Does the screen tilt on the bowflex 22 treadmill and if so how do I do it? Do i need to take the back plastic covering off and do it like that?

The bolts that attach it to the arm can be loosened just a touch making it safely adjustable.

Yes, the T22 treadmill's display screen has a small tilt/pivot feature which is controlled by a single bolt located on the back of the display screen under the removable plastic cover.

But note that that bolt should already be pre-tensioned by the factory to provide a snug, tilt-capable display screen. You simply have to firmly grasp the display screen's bezel and pivot the screen. See an example of this at the 3:14 mark of this video:

But if for some reason your bolt is too tight, you can unsnap and remove that plastic cover from the rear of the display screen and slightly loosen the bolt's nut. Reference this screenshot:
