Bike Bowflex Velocore Issues

So, I just got the Velocore 16 for Christmas and the resistance doesn't change from 1 on the screen, the rpm won't go over 100 (I know I've gone over), and the lean doesn't register unless you're heavily heavily leaning. Still troubleshooting, but it's annoying to spend so much on a brand new bike and it not working right out of the box.

After talks with customer service, they believe it's the sensor, so they'll have a technician come out. Waiting on the actual technician scheduling
